Refunds and Returns Policy

Final Sale Policy

All purchases made through PepMaxa LLC are final.

Due to the specialized nature of our research materials, product handling requirements, chain-of-custody concerns, and applicable compliance considerations, PepMaxa LLC does not accept returns, exchanges, or product send-backs under any circumstances unless expressly approved in writing by PepMaxa LLC.

By submitting an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the transaction is final once placed.

Order Cancellations and Modifications

Orders cannot be canceled, edited, changed, combined, redirected, or modified after submission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect product selection
  • Incorrect quantity selection
  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Failure to apply a discount code
  • Duplicate orders
  • Change of mind
  • Customer ordering error
  • Requests made after order submission

PepMaxa LLC begins processing orders quickly after checkout. Once an order has been placed, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of all order details.

No Returns Accepted

PepMaxa LLC does not accept returned products.

Because our products are intended strictly for research use and may be sensitive to handling, storage conditions, temperature exposure, tampering, contamination, or chain-of-custody concerns, any product that leaves our possession is considered ineligible for return.

Returned packages may be refused, discarded, or otherwise handled at the sole discretion of PepMaxa LLC. Sending a product back without written authorization does not create any obligation for PepMaxa LLC to issue a refund, replacement, credit, or exchange.

Refund Restrictions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind
  • Customer ordering mistakes
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Failure to read product descriptions, policies, disclaimers, or research-use-only notices
  • Refused deliveries
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Packages marked delivered by the carrier
  • Stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Weather, holidays, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other events outside PepMaxa LLC’s control
  • Customer failure to retrieve or secure a delivered package
  • Any product concern reported without required supporting documentation

PepMaxa LLC reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the requirements of this policy.

Shipping Damage or Fulfillment Error

PepMaxa LLC is committed to accurate fulfillment and careful packaging. However, reshipments or replacements may be considered only when there is a verified fulfillment error or shipping damage.

Approval is not automatic.

To be considered, the customer must provide clear supporting documentation, which may include:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the outer shipping package
  • Photos of all contents received
  • Photos showing any visible damage
  • Photos of the shipping label
  • A written explanation of the issue
  • Any additional information requested by PepMaxa LLC

PepMaxa LLC may deny any claim that is incomplete, late, unsupported, inconsistent, or unable to be verified.

Delivered, Missing, or Stolen Packages

If the shipping carrier marks a package as delivered, PepMaxa LLC will treat the package as delivered.

PepMaxa LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, taken from a delivery area, delivered to a shared mailbox, delivered to a parcel locker, delivered to a front desk, or otherwise missing after the carrier confirms delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate delivery location. Any claim involving a package marked delivered must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refunds will not be issued for packages that are refused, returned to sender, abandoned, unclaimed, or deemed undeliverable due to customer-provided information or customer inaction.

This includes situations involving:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Failure to pick up the package
  • Refusal of delivery
  • Carrier access issues
  • Customer absence
  • Delivery restrictions
  • Returned-to-sender tracking status

PepMaxa LLC is not responsible for reshipping costs or replacement costs caused by customer error or customer inaction.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Chargebacks filed for delivered orders, refused shipments, customer error, stolen packages, or issues already governed by this policy will be disputed.

PepMaxa LLC reserves the right to submit all available documentation to the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or other dispute-reviewing entity, including but not limited to:

  • Order records
  • Customer checkout information
  • Shipping address
  • Tracking history
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Communication records
  • Policy acknowledgments
  • Website terms and disclaimers

By placing an order with PepMaxa LLC, the customer agrees that these policies govern the transaction and that initiating a chargeback does not override the terms accepted at checkout.

Research-Use Product Handling

PepMaxa LLC products are sold strictly for research purposes only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnostic use, or any unauthorized application.

Because of the nature of these products, PepMaxa LLC maintains strict limits on returns, refunds, and replacements to protect product integrity, prevent misuse, and maintain proper compliance standards.

Policy Enforcement

PepMaxa LLC reserves the right to enforce this policy strictly and consistently.

PepMaxa LLC may refuse refunds, replacements, credits, reshipments, or future service to any customer who abuses the claims process, submits unsupported claims, files improper disputes, provides false information, or violates PepMaxa LLC’s terms, policies, or research-use-only requirements.

Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with PepMaxa LLC, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refunds, Returns & Cancellation Policy.
